Not as bad as many reviews suggest.
These candies are fresh and not too sweet and sticky or stale as some reviews suggest. There was not a lot of excess sugar in the package. I suppose it is possible to get a bad batch. I must say I had regrets purchasing after reading the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely purchase again.

Quite disappointed. Inconsistent quality.
If your like me, you'd figure these fruit slices would be like every other ones out there. NOPE! First off, crazy inconsistencies. One piece seems pretty fresh, the next color is hard as a rock. My bag consisted mostly of yellow slices. Some decent, the other half hard. Also alot of green. Very few red ones. I won't buy these again. Must have been sitting in their inventory for a while.

Chewy Candy
This weren’t quite what I was expecting when purchasing as I was feeling nostalgic for the fruit slice candies I had in my childhood. I only had one as the chewiness of the candy was enough that it pulled out my crown I had on one of my teeth even though I’ve had no trouble with eating other candies or sticky foods in the past. My sister also tried the candy and said it was extremely chewy enough that it felt like it would dislodge her permanent retainer.So I am only giving it 3 for the chewiness and taste not being what was expected. So I would possibly avoid if you have any dental issues such as braces, crowns, etc unless you want a tooth to be removed.
