I wish I could my daughters Zoomer did not work on Christmas day.

What batteries does the Zoomer robot dog need?

Zoomer has rechargeable batteries included. Be prepared to charge constantly (at least in my experience - although many reviewers also noted less than 30 minutes of "playtime") as the batteries seem to die after about 20 minutes. Good news is that the recharge only takes 1 hour.

what is the difference between zoomie and zoomer?

Zoomie is pink and white (girl colors) and Zoomer id Black and white (boy colors) thats the only difference I could find.
