Pregnancy lifesaver.
Absolute lifesaver for late pregnancy and postpartum. Would recommend to any women for whom natural products alone aren't doing the job. Phenylephrine shouldn't be taken internally while pregnant, but this is a low dose topical application. This product does what it says - it stops the situation from being the focus, and lets sleep and recovery return to normal.

I didn’t think I’d ever be writing a review for something like this… but here we are
this cream actually helped more than I expected. Relief kicked in pretty fast, the pain and burning went down enough that I could sit comfortably again and stop stressing every bathroom trip. Easy to apply, no strong smell, and it genuinely works if you use it consistently.

Relieves symptoms fast!!
Who wants to talk about hemorrhoids? They are literally a pain in the butt to get rid of. This cream is amazing. I decided to buy this cream based on the glowing reviews. I also like how this isn’t hydrocortisone based which a lot of hemorrhoid creams list as the main ingredient. After about 5 days using 2-3x day I see no more blood streaks and the pain and burning is gone! I don’t know if I had hemorrhoids or a fissure either way I intend to use this only after each 💩 for another week to ensure they are gone.

I didn’t think I’d like this product when I got it, but it works really great. I think it works better than preparation. HI think the applicator doesn’t work as good as preparation h but this stuff really works well

Didn't work for me, but I appreciate great service from the vendor
I've tried a lot of hemorrhoid creams and suppositories, and am always on the search for the best product (although I've found some that pretty good). I was attracted to this one because of it's high ratings and the value. I am disappointed the results with this one, as it didn't seem to relieve my itchiness. Some other reviewers seem to complain about the "burning" of other herbal cream remedies. I've used a couple of those products, and the cooling menthol feeling offers me a lot of relief. Having said all this, I was impressed by the responsiveness of the vendor. They voluntarily offered me a full refund and an additional credit to consider giving it a second try. They also made a point of saying I didn't have to update my original review, but I did want to update it anyway because I definitely value customer service. A lot of people have given this a high rating, perhaps I just have a weird butt...

Just As Good As Name Brands
Just as good as the Name Brand, less expensive and more in the tube. I found I needed to research Brands as some don't have the 5% Lidocaine so you have to be careful.
