12 cartons. But keep in mind that this isn't mango juice. It's mango juice COCKTAIL. Most of this drink is water. Only 21% of it is mango juice. And there is added sugar.

Q: How is it sealed? Does it have a screw top then a second pull tab inside?

It is a screw top. There's no additional pull tab. However, it's very watertight, sealed prior to and after opening. It's extremely tasty as well. As a personal note I sometimes add pineapple juice to mine which is a very nice mixture.
