Q: I just bought these and I thought they were waterproof. But it looks like only the color ones are? I need to cancel if they are not waterproof.

They are waterproof in a few hours,but we don't recommend putting them in water.Because after pull out the insulation film,the balloon lamp meets water, easy to rust and the luminosity will be weak.

Q: I am looking for blinking led lights that are very small, like these, that shut off till bumped. is that these? or do you have them?

Dear, Thank you for your question.The Mixed Colors balloon lights come with 10 colors,white,multicolor,purple,green,blue,warm white,yellow,orange,red,pink.The number of each color is random, and there are about 100 lights in 10 colors,about 10 pcs in each color. The Multicolor balloon lights come with 100pcs flash Multicolor LED Balloon Lights. Once remove the paper, the mini led light will auto change into different colors(red, green, blue,white...).
