Would this brace be good for ulnar wrist sprain & be able to wear under frequent glove changes in hospital setting?

I use it quite a bit for wrist issues. It should work well for a sprain; mine is for an injury from forty years ago, and it should be okay for glove changes as long as they don’t cover a lot of the wrist. I do use it with latex gloves that go up the wrist a ways, but I’m not changing them a lot. It is the best brace I’ve used in forty years.

Is this wrist band waterproof?

It’s water resistant for sure. The Velcro provides great adhesion. The best I’ve used and I workout 4 days a week.

Has anyone used this for yoga or hiit/circuit/funtional training? doing burpees, push-ups and the likes?

I used it for light weight training, zumba and body combat. I found them to be bulky, but it could be because I have small wrists and hands.

Would this be good for bowling? Like help keeping your wrist straight and wrist support

I got it for bowling. Will help with wrist pain, but not for keeping your wrist in a certain position. If you trying to find an alternative to those big goofy wrist contraptions made for bowling... good luck!

着け心地良し

緩め〜キツめ、自分で調整でき、調子良い。夜寝ている時も緩めてなんとなく巻き続けていれば、むくみも出ず、手首の痛みもなんとなく忘れることができた。

目的が違うがいいものです。

しっかりしていますが、手首の固定度は弱いです。ただ、外したときに手首がガクガクするようでバックボレーが乱れました。怪我予防用ですが、ショット安定用に緩く締めて使うのがいいようです。

今まで使っていた手首のサポーターは手のひらまで含めてカバーするタイプだったので作業するときに邪魔でした。このタイプは手首のみを固定するものなのですが可動域が広く作業がしやすいので便利です。固定力は強くしっかりサポートしてくれてます。

取り付けに手間取る以外は、手首のサポートはしっかりしています。

生地がしっかりてきているので、全体に厚みが有り手首につけた時、割と太くなります。締め付け加減が簡単にできるので調整はしやすいですが1段目と2段目がマジックテープになっているので手首に取り付けが少し手間取ます。1段目の巻き付けマジックテープの合わせ調整が手間取るところ、その後の2段目は簡単にできます。
