Reiso 2 Packs NGC Controllers Classic Wired Controller for Wii Gamecube (2 Packs Clear Red and Clear Blue)

There not so bad, the only thing i dont like are the buttons, especially the triggers, you have to press them a bit harder and the feel like they grind too much against the plastic. For the buttons, you have to press them all the way down until you feel it click, like the rubber underneath the button is a bit too hard, if you had a remote you would know what i mean. However i did fix this problem easily, i grabbed an old remote that i had and took out the rubber pieces that separate the colored buttons that you see, and the actual buttons inside the remote and switched it out. Now the buttons feel normal and remote works great. Thats basically the only problem.

I initially got a 3rd party controller to compare it to the official Nintendo Gamecube Controller for playing Smash Melee. Obviously, the shell doesn't feel as solid as the official one (but the colors are enticing). The stick box potentiometers are not as responsive, the stick box has a bit too much resistance, the rumble feels a lot weaker (but who cares), the buttons feel okay, the button pad resistance is okay, z-button IS tactile, and the controller itself is lighter. If you want to buy a controller for serious gameplay, this is not for you. But if you want to play something like Legend of Zelda, this will work great if you don't want to buy an official controller.These Reiso controllers are better than almost all other 3rd party controllers ONLY because THE STICK BOX POTENTIOMETERS ARE 10KΩ. Others like AreMe are 5KΩ or 3KΩ. Official controllers are 30KΩ. This means that these Reiso sticks are more responsive and less 'jumpy' than other 3rd party sticks.For the modders: If you are getting this just for the SHELL, you can fit in an official controller motherboard if you sand down the rumble braces on the back shell. I did this with the green controller and it feels great! I also threw in some buttons from ETSY and soldered on some UV LED diodes. It's perfect for Melee.On the blue/green controller, I kept the 3rd party motherboard, swapped in with some cheep Amazon buttons, put on some UV LEDs and switched out the stick potentiometers with 30KΩ potentiometers. The stick is a lot more responsive now. They don't fit perfectly, but you can mount them on well with finesse.

My brother and I have been trying to get back into our old games from when we were kids, but our old messed up wavebird controllers weren't up to the task anymore. Didn't want to spend some ridiculous amount of money on old controllers again, and then I found these. The price is a steal, the controllers feel great even for my Xbox trained hands, and the buttons are very satisfying to use, exactly what I wanted. I got the 2 pack of transparent moss green and deep green controllers. The deep green is more of a light blue, but it still looks really nice, while the moss green looks almost Rick and Morty portal themed. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to get back into old school gaming

The price you pay is quite good for the value received. Buttons, joysticks, and rumble are all very close to an original manufacturers controller. Plus I like the cool translucent colors. Cords, triggers, and connectors are also right on the money.I was a bit worried about the joysticks possibly being overly sensitive after reading a few reviews, but that was not the case for the products I received. I do have an original controller to compare it with, and both have a small zone of "barely pushing" before it registers as a complete engagement. That's the way they're intended to work.The cords are a bit short, just like the originals. So if you intend to play from a distance, it might be a good idea to purchase some cord extensions.If it wasn't for the Wii backwards compatibility and the diehard Smash Brothers fanbase, I seriously doubt you'd be able to find such good quality controllers brand new for a vintage system. Happy with my purchase, and I'd recommend them to friends. Will update if my opinion changes over time.

$20 for 2 controllers didn’t sound real to me at first either, but after getting my hands on these and playing a couple games of Smash Bros Ultimate and Melee, these controllers really feel great! Me and my friends ruined my old gamecube controllers from the many many years of playing with them, which was why I tried these out. I decided if these two are good I’ll just buy an extra set to have brand new controllers overall.The only problem I’ve had with this product so far is the joystick on the red controller. It’s not terrible it’s still usable, but it feels resistant for some reason compared to the blue one having a loser easier feeling to it. Like I said it’s not terrible at all it just needs a little bit of wearing out till it can feel fine!

Everything on the controllers was great the only struggle I found was that the right and left trigger/ numbers were a bit hard to press, I mean it's and aftermarket controller so it has its ups and downs, my daughter struggled with those buttons ( she's 4) a little too hard had to give her an original controller untill I could mod it for her a bit because blue is her my proclamation,. Lol but all and all everything was good the only thing that threw myself off was the weight, ( very light) but all in all great for family time.

To start with, the packaging for the controllers was very considerate and guaranteed to protect them from outside harm/damage. Comparing how these new controllers work compared to the old ones I’ve had since 2008 is vastly different. The buttons don’t jam, and the controllers sticks aren’t loose or drift off from the center point. The colors are bright and colorful, and they’re perfect for anyone’s aesthetic, especially for those who are interested in Neon vibrancy.Overall, a great and trusted purchase!

These are great if you are looking for a replacement or cheap alternative to a real gamecube controller. Works perfectly fine however gets four stars because the dpad and analog stick are a bit oversensative but that shouldn't keep you from buying these they are great!
