Q: Can this be applied over other face paint? Like, over white face paint for clown makeup?

Yes. I had no problem with it. Just wait until the first color is dry.

Q: Can this paint cover arms, legs, and face with just one bottle?

It might for one application, but even with good primer the green shade wore off my daughter’s face on Halloween. You might have better luck with something latex based.

Q: Does it crack when dry?

No. But it comes off easily when in contact with another surface

Q: How many tubes do you think would cover an adult face legs and arms ?

I would say 3 but get 4 just to be sure.
