Good, But...
I didnโt give this 5 stars because when it arrived one battery was dead and wouldnโt charge. I was sent a replacement and made whole. The unit itself works pretty well. It cuts pretty thick branches. It is easy to use, just pop in the battery, turn it on, hit the trigger 3X and go. It seems to be built well and it looks to be quality made. I am unsure of the longevity of the tool but time will tell. While this tool is a little pricy, it is priced in the middle of comparable tools.

Must need pruner ! Cuts labor time considerably.
Ordered this to trim my crepe Myrtles. Job done in 1/2 the time. Even counts the number of branches cut.

Works great
I got tired of using my old pruner with the wooden handles. This thing is great. I did 2 bushes the other day and I saved a lot of time. Used a 6ah battery and made around 300 cuts barely expending any battery power. Just make sure you keep your fingers out of the way.

Great little pruner
I can't say at this time just how well this little gem will hold up, but for half the price of a comparable Dewalt I received a smaller, lighter, more powerful tool including a pair of replacement blades, a couple of tools for maintenance (even a small sharpening stone). Perhaps the Orientals are again doing it to us (for our own good!) just like the Japanese did to our auto industry back in the eighties. Anyway, for arborists, gardeners or anyone who could benefit from a real power pruner, I certainly recommend considering this product.

Disappointing
What started off as a good deal did not last long. They look good, Operated well for about 25 cuts. Then they forgot how far to close and would not reopen. I returned them and spent twice as much for a name brand, also from Amazon.

Bon rapport qualitรฉ/prix
Article conforme ร la description. Fonctionne trรจs bien. A un indicateur pour la charge de la batterie et pour le nombre de coupe pendant l'utilisation. A une trรจs grande autonomie avec une batterie Makita, je peux l'utiliser facilement pendant 6 heures sans avoir ร le recharger. Trรจs bon rapport qualitรฉ/prix.

Excellent pruner!
This made all my manual pruners obsolete๐. This electric pruner made my trimming enjoyable. I usually cut the trees and shrubs every spring using shears and pruners until I stumbled into Mtiolhig. I have a lot of generic Dewalt batteries and this pruner does the work in a breeze. Just be careful using it, remove the battery when not in use to prevent accidents.

A shear you must have
It is a tool I should have ordered a long time ago! Now I do not have to climb up a ladder, pull down the branch I want to cut with a broom, and cut it with a pair of shears, all the time worrying that I might lose my balance. Neither do I have to put undue pressure on my shears to cut thicker branches anymore. The tool comes with 2 Makita compatible batteries which does not seem to quit even after repetitive uses. The only complaint, if this is considered ad one, is that when trying to disassemble the pole sections, I have to use a wooden mallet. The pole sections are easy to put together, but not so on detaching them. This actually can be an asset, or else the extended pole will be too wobbly to use. If all extensions are connected, the whole contraption can be on the heavy side to manipulate. Now I do not have to pull on the Wisteria climbing on my pear tree. I can cut the vine all the way up! Highly recommended!!!

Durable product.
OK, this thing is great!!! I'm 72 and have been pruning small orchards, back yard trees, and my own trees for 30 plus years. Apple, pear, cherry, peach, nectarine, the odd Asian apple, hawthorne, and maple, nothing too large. I've never had to use any other pruners than the regular Felco pruners and thought perhaps the electric pruners would be something I'd like. While bulkier, they sure do the job, and quicker. I'd say I'm almost a convert, I still like the hands on touch from time to time and the less bulky hand pruners get into the tight places. I'm not sure of the number of cuts I made, but I pruned in excess of 80 trees. In my opinion these pruners passed the test, with the bonus of using the DeWalt battery I was already familiar with.
