Do i need to buy this to play train simulator 2016/17 and train sin world?

I am pretty sure u can play with just your keyboard, but, the Raildriver makes it much easier!!!!!

What kind of grpahics card and stuff are required to run TS2017 on pc?

it depends on your pc some come with internal graphics on mother board but if you want a good one go with gforce 9500 or higher

Yes. Just check the system requirements for the game first. The controller is compatible with USB 1 and up and needs very little resources.
