Love these chairs but was very disappointed that both chairs arm rest were all scratched up in the same two areas

This is by far the longest and best review I’ve ever done on Amazon… for a reason! The chairs arrived on time. I like that they were both packaged in the same box. They were super easy to get out, I just turned the box on its side and they slid right out. I am very tiny and I have balance and back problems but still they were just that easy. They were both completely put together with nothing for me to do except for remove them from the plastic protector bags and then open them which I liked a whole whole lot! They opened and set up very very easily. The locking mechanism works perfectly. They go from sitting up like a regular chair that I can pull up to the patio table to reclining either all the way or just a bit or as much as I want just by easily pushing on the back of the chair while holding onto the handles on the sides. For me, the whole chair is wonderful but the best part is of the lumbar support cushion! It makes a world of difference! I’m even thinking of buying some separately for my regular sitting up chairs. I much prefer being outside to being inside so in the evening I often put one of the regular chair cushions onto this chair, put the lumbar support on top of that, throw a blanket over me, and enjoy the outside while being very comfortable. During the times that my body is feeling better I have no need of the cushion and it is still very very comfortable. Considering how inexpensive these were I just cannot see how anyone could possibly go wrong getting these! The one that I am using I put up-and-down many times a day depending on what I am doing and then I have one that is locked in the sitting up position and it is pushed up to my patio table. If you’re considering getting one of the more expensive ones, don’t! These chairs are perfect!

Excellent quality, weight and comfort; however packaging (two in a box) looked like it had been through a war-zone. No protective padding used in box. Small pieces of plastic on bottom of box from broken locking knob. Affects ease of tilting somewhat but too much trouble to send back. No assembly required.

I got these chairs because we live in an RV park and it’s awesome watching people. They are so comfortable you can totally take a nap in them. Downside is that they started to rest fairly quickly so probably keep them out of the weather.

I was so pleased with these chairs. I am short and they fit me great. However after owning these they had rusty areas after being out on the rain 1 day. I had only had them 5 days! Beware, they are advertised as poolside outdoor chairs but after seeing hiw quickly they rusted this us clearly not true. On the positive side, the customer service was very responsive to my complaint. They offered me a small discount of the original price to keep them which I did. I believe if I had sent them back they would have just ended up in the landfill. I will enjoy these chairs probably for one season but will need to repaint the rusted spots. I would suggest sticking with aluminum outdoor furniture

I have been looking for comfortable chairs for a long time ago and they were always over priced. I came across these zero gravity chairs and they were reasonably priced. I finally got them in and man are they comfortable, you can lay all the way down or sit upright or even in a semi-Fowler position a 45 degrees position. These chairs are light weight and doesn’t take too much space to store them. The lock feature is also great and you can position the chair exactly how you want it and lock it into place. Sturdiness is alright I haven’t had them too long to comfortably comment on the sturdiness

This review is for the 4 beige zero gravity chairs. The packaging was pretty beat up on arrival, but the chairs were in good condition. These chairs are sturdy and comfortable ... maybe slightly thinner frames than previous chairs I've had .. but pretty much what I was expecting. One small gripe is with the locking mechanism which is a knob on each arm that twist tightens vs a lever lock so the chair doesn't really stay in position as well. But I would purchase again.
