I got this lighter fuel mainly for refillable storm lighters and a few permanent match style fire starters, and it’s honestly worked exactly as hoped. The fluid ignites quickly and produces a strong, consistent flame without excessive smoke or unpleasant residue. One thing I noticed straight away is how clean it burns compared to some cheaper lighter fluids I’ve used previously. It lights reliably and doesn’t leave strong oily smells lingering afterwards. Once filled properly, lighters perform smoothly and ignite much more consistently. The bottle design is also very practical. Pouring the fuel into smaller lighters or refillable fire starters is straightforward without creating too much mess or waste. The nozzle helps control the flow better than expected, especially when topping up smaller EDC items. What impressed me most is how long even a small amount lasts. As mentioned in one of my other reviews for a permanent match lighter, just a little bit of this fluid was enough to produce a surprisingly strong flame for quite a long time before needing another refill. It’s also very versatile. I’ve used it successfully with storm lighters, refillable pocket lighters, and emergency fire starters, and it worked reliably across all of them. The ignition remains quick and stable even outdoors in cooler conditions. The overall quality feels dependable and consistent, which is exactly what you want from lighter fuel. It stores well, the bottle seals properly, and there’s no leaking or evaporation issues so far. Overall, this is a reliable and economical lighter fuel that burns cleanly, lasts well, and works brilliantly with refillable lighters and fire starters. A practical essential for anyone using reusable flame tools regularly.
