Can you set delay on the outputs?

Yes and no. What Stetsom calls a channel is a set of RCA ouputs. You can't adjust delay by left or right speaker unless you put the left speaker and the right speaker on separate Output channels. For example, front speaker outputs go to your amp via the Stesom's outputs. You would connect the left RCA to Output 1 and the right RCA to Output 2. Then you could set delays on your front sound stage correctly.
