Does this attach to a Wall-mounted TV?

Polycom (now Poly) makes a mounting kit for the EagleEye IV USB, but it is meant to attach to the wall rather than the back of a tv. To mount the camera to a wall mounted tv you would need to find a tv bracket that would fit the camera mount; however, the camera does not come packaged with such a mount.
