My Orthopedic doctor recommended this home Ranger Shoulder Pulley. Good little tool to help stretch your joints and muscles. It works well and I used it to help restore my shoulder range of motion after surgery. It is a simple item (which is good) and I could have made one myself. But buying the components would cost more than the item, plus I would need to build it. Item came with excellent instructions for a variety of exercises.

Shoulder Pulley. I had dislocated my shoulder and I used this at physical therapy and I loved it and I purchased one for my door and I use it at home to keep my shoulder moving in the right direction.

Good product! If you tore your rotator cuff, or pulled your shoulder and ended up in PT—you need this.
