Same. As well as MANY others if you look through the reviews. I contacted amazon customer support and they gave me a refund. I would suggest you do the same and leave a review so other people don't get screwed over by this seller.

Are these bottles made of latex as I cannot bear the rubber sell?

They are rubber, but I don't detect a smell when dealing with them. I doubt you will be able to get a latex hot water bottle but it would be interesting to know if you are successful. Best of luck with your search.

Why is there a £3 price difference between the blue/pink and the red? Is there a size difference? If so, what is the capacity of the cheaper one?

the pink bottle has a smooth finish no ribs and is the cheapest, the most expensive has ribs on both sides and the in between price has ribs one side and is smooth on the other. It is a preference thing, I prefer the ribbed on both sides.

No problems, it's good value for the price. Smells a bit rubbery to start, but after using it a couple of times it's okay.
