HDMI Switch

I bought this as it's a fraction of the price of many HDMI switches. It is a nice solidly made unit that feels like a quality product (metal cased). It requires no power (other than what I believe it draws from the HDMI itself). It is simply a latching push-button to switch between sources (in my case a PC and a Fire TV stick).

I bought this as I wanted to be able to easily switch the output from my Xbox Series S between both my monitor (1440p) and TV (1080p). Works perfectly for this purpose. Only issue I ran into was due to my monitor being a higher resolution, if the TV was already on before switching, it would show "invalid format", easily resolved by turning the TV off and back on. I assume this wouldn't be an issue if both sources/displays were the same resolution. Design of the unit is nice, its matte black rather than the glossy finish all the others seem to use. I have it sat right in front of my TV and it blends right in. Its built well and the button has a nice tactile click to it. There's a tiny LED to show which output your using which is only really visible when viewed from above so its not distracting at all.

This splitter was only used on a work computer basis. No gaming, or high quality sound or picture was required. Based on this, it did as i needed to. It split screens and feeds simply and effectively. I used 2 hdmi feeds which then led to a monitor. The small size of the product made it neat and easy to use, and versatile for small spaces

This product does exactly what it says it does i.e. it allows a single HDMI output signal (from a PC, X box, etc.) to be directed to one of two devices (eg. to either a TV or a monitor). It's very easy to use - you just plug in the HDMI cables and it works. It takes power from the HDMI cable, so no power supply. It has 1 big obvious press switch (to toggle between devices) which is easy to use, and red led's to show which output is active. All in all a very good product at a very reasonable price.

It does successfully swap the screens over, but my computer isn't detecting the second screen as a separate screen, so the resolution stays the same as the small screen and does not fit fully on the larger one!

Have two laptops for work and one monitor, this device is very tiny and sits under the monitor with a connection to each laptop, and one to the monitor. Press the little button to switch sources. Does what we needed it to, quality of build seems good, and picture quality has been great. This was bought instead of one that does video, keyboard and mouse (KVM ) because sometimes don't want to switch devices in full so works brilliantly. Considering another for input devices such as consoles where I have to change cables.

This is a great item works well and picture is great, easy to use and cheap! I can’t fault it but wasn’t what I meant to order I was looking for something that gave two outputs not a switcher

It only lets you view one monitor at a time, what is the point I can watch one monitor without even buying this. POINTLESS
