I bought these in order to get a more defined line when doing my eye makeup, and they get the job done well, but I use them in a slightly different way. First, these are huge, so I cut them in half and use half on each eye. I don't have an issue with shadow falling onto my cheeks, I just want the definition at the outer edges of my lids. Second, the adhesive on these is quite sticky, and can leave a sticky residue when removed. When you peel off the top portion of the backing paper, a larger than needed area of adhesive is exposed. To counter this, I remove the backing and reapply it slightly lower, leaving only a few millimeters of adhesive exposed. This way, the shield is sufficiently held in place, but I am not taking off a big stripe of my foundation or getting a big sticky residue on my face once they're removed. These definitely work well and have made my makeup look better, but with these slight modifications to how I use them. I will purchase again when needed.

Take help get a crisp line and prevent fallout onto the cheeks. VERY sticky, maybe a little too sticky on the delicate undereye? I reuse them several times and they're still sticky!

For the money these are a steal!!! Work great and easy to remove without hurting. Only thing is they are a tad stiff and cheap feeling but I guess their gonna be thrown away right after using anyways so who cares. Makes my eye shadow looks so easy and clean cut to make a straight wing on the outer edge and catch any fallout from the shadow itself. But for the price you really can’t beat it, these will last me forever!

I like this product in regards to keeping my under eye clean while doing eye shadow and for the line it helps create in the corner. BUT it is really rigid and not flexible enough for the curvature of my eye and I found I couldnt get it close enough under my eye due to how stiff it was. I would stick it on where I wanted it but then it would start to poke me in my eyes when I moved my face so I had to stick it far below where I wanted my eyeshadow line to stop. And let me tell you IT HURT TO REMOVE these things stick TOO good. I tried to make it less sticky by dabbing on my arm and clothes but it didnt help much. By the time I had it adjusted in a comfy spot to do my make up my under eyes were swollen from all the moving around I had to do to get it where it was workable. Each time I peeled it off it was not comfortable. Maybe I will try again differently but my first experience wasnt great... I want them to work lol I'll update if I find a better way of using them

Im a disabled veteran with neuron damage on left side of my brain.. Im going on 42 but I still like looking like a baddie even tho I cant keep a steady hand in the AM. I only peal the top strip & I stick on & off a few times on the back of my hand before applying to the delicate eye area.. My make up routine went from hour plus to half that. The hardest part for me is lining everything up plus I got hooded eyes.. Now I can do my foundation first, which I always preferred to do. I hated putting foundation around your eyes and this limits that. It catches all the fallout & keeping the line straight.. I can't put on eyeliner until the afternoon.. Guess by then I'm stable enough to keep a steady hand.. Anyways I love these.

I’d give this review less than one star if I could, and maybe given the benefit of the doubt I just received the placebo package… I’ve tried multiple of the sealed packages they sent me and the one I ordered and none of them actually stuck to my face until I opened up and tried my seventh package, which did stick to my face only to start peeling off halfway through applying my face make up. I see many posts under the reviews which I checked before purchasing stating that it was too sticky and I’m not sure if they overcompensated making the products completely irrelevant of its claim or if I just received a placebo package to see if it just works by the will of somebody wanting it to stick to their face but otherwise what a waste of seven dollars in my life in a time when everything is just becoming too expensive already, and I was really hoping for something that would take away my stress of doing my eye make up and instead ended up with a bunch of empty wrappers and thrown out pieces of this packaging and suppose it’s sticking make up saving properties and using even more stressed than I would’ve had, just trying to do it without any fancy product to keep my eye area separated. Again, just a waste of seven dollars my time, and trying to save stress by actually creating more.

I thought these worked great! I love that they aren't that sticky after you stick it onto the back of your hand, but that it still sticks well enough to not worry about it falling off. They are super soft, almost reminds me of medical grade bandages. Super easy to use and if you forget to stick it to the back of your hand it still removes well with no makeup attached to the sticky part <3. I would definitely buy again! The quality is definitely there!
