I take this product in the evening. Depending on your preferences, you may want to add more water to make it easier to take. The taste isn't bad and it delivers consistent results the next day to keep things regular.

I mix two teaspoons of Psyllium with 8oz. of water and I drink it down. This mixture has psyllium hulls, licorice root and Hibiscus Flowers, taste okay, I usually finish this with a drink of orange juice or mango juice as a chaser. The directions say, you can blend fresh fruits, or your favorite Nature's Sunshine drink mix. Overall, this works!

Great product that I’ve used daily for twenty-five years. Did not arrive in the container as pictured upon ordering. This item is excellent for cleansing or just everyday regularity. Not too hard to swallow, either. Enjoy your health.

Very powerful if used correctly. Never find something as good as this, very gentle very effective. I’ve used this same product per 17 years...
