These are perfect for the corners of the cage around food bowls for my African Greys. They're just the right size for the feet of medium parrots. The sandpapery finish is good and should hold up a long time. The dimensions given were helpful; it connects about 10" from each side of the corner you put it in, so consider doors and other obstructions that might make it impossible to mount. I was lucky that it barely fit inside the door. As other reviewers mentioned, the washers aren't big enough for large parrot cages where the bars are typically an inch or so apart. I just used the larger washers off of old perches I was getting rid of, but washers are less than a dollar at the hardware store, too.

Very easy to mount and our parrot loves it

I got this to add some fun to my chicken run. In my opinion, it's overpriced for what it is. But it's well made and sturdy. I liked that it came with washers so it was easy to attached to the hardware cloth.

My bird loves this. He sleeps on it daily. Very sturdy and safe. Just the right size for an African (congo) grey

Well, I don’t know if he likes it or not, but I do I really like it. It’s worked out really well, but my blue and gold macaw is not too sure about it yet. I got it to help down his nails a little bit so we’ll see what happens.

They don't last long
