Honda ST1300/ST1300A, '02-'11 (Haynes Powersport)

I need to remove the tank for a repaint. I found out how to do it. Book looks comprehensive.

I would say this is a technician book number 2 and not a how to fix your bike basic.yes, it's a manual but it does not show you the steps on how to do it from the beginning. for example. if you need to replace the alternator it does show everything you need to know about the alternator BUT it does not show you how to get there such as start taking off the body\where are the screws you need to take off for the body, seat. gas tank and carburetor.again it does show all the technical data about the parts and how to trouble shoot check and repair the parts but not how to get there from the beginning. the free online version was better and more detail on how to do it from beginning to ending

Although not labeled a factory manual, my understanding is that Haynes is the publisher of the original Honda shop manual. It appears to be everything I expected.

This is a must have if you are working on your own bike!

It's a Haynes manual for ST1300, need more be said?

These manuals have been around for decades and my only disappointment is the clarity of the photos.

The Haynes Honda ST1300 manual covers everything you need to know about the bike. Great that it touches upon the history of Honda motorcycles and the ST1300. It also has a pre-rider check list and wiring diagrams in color. The maintenance and repair section is printed on what looks to be recycled paper stock. Not that there is anything wrong with that but thought it was worth noting. The manual has a lot of good useful information within. Thumbs up from me.
