Did anyone else receive them in a plastic envelope? Someone, during the delivery process, stepped on and crushed their tube. Daughter so upset.

Yes mine came in a padded envelope with a sticker on it saying live insects. They were in plastic tubes with red caps that were taped on. I’ve waited the suggested 48 hours for the larvae to come to life, unfortunately none survived. Very disappointed.

Our ladybug larvae all died, how do I receive a replacement

you must Contact who you received them from and tell them they died. Call them or email them. if you got them from (Insect lore) they will replace them as far ans anyone else i not sure.

Not just for kids!

I bought these ladybug larvae in an effort to save my indoor plants from spider mites. I made them an enclosure out of an old food container and freed them over time. They would have done the job perfectly if I had ordered them earlier!

Arrived alive and kicking, got to work right away.

Using for aphid control in a terrarium. They arrived alive, a few unhatched, 13 total, so 10 actual larvae. They were already at work the following morning.

I’ve done these before and my larva died before making it to pupa stage. Not happy that I have to ship back the original tube and the dead larva. Ugh
