Q: Can you poor epoxy on glass?

We are new to this but don’t think glass would allow epixy to bond.

Q: can you apply polyurethane over epoxy?

I believe since epoxy is non-porous polyurethane will not stick to it. Epoxy is its own protective coating. I am no expert so I would recommend additional research. If you are trying to use epoxy and wood together there are several finishes you can use for the wood that will wipe off the epoxy. I used Rubio Monocoat on a river table I made. Another product I have seen recommended is Odies Oil. I hope this helps a bit.

Q: Can I us this for a 1\2 pour

Yes you can but that's a thin as you want to go.

Q: If I use this for layered pours, approx. 1/16" to 1/8" deep, how long do I need to wait in between pouring layers?

This product is not recommended for pours this thin. You will want to use Bar & Table top epoxy for pours of 1/16" to 1/8". With that product you can pour again 24 hours after your initial pour
