Hiseeu 5MP Wireless Security Camera System, 12-Camera Kit, 3TB HDD

This is my third security camera system in about 20 years, and so far, I’m really impressed. My first system had 4 cameras, my second had 8, and this one came with 12 cameras while still supporting up to 16. For the price, I honestly didn’t expect this many features. Setup was very easy because all 12 cameras were already preprogrammed at the factory. I plugged everything in and was able to get going without a lot of hassle. In my monitor photo, you can see the custom 3x4 layout I made for the 12 included cameras. The default view is 4x4 for all 16 possible cameras, but I like being able to customize the screen. I made one view called “Who’s Coming” with four street views and another called “Pool Time” with four pool views, which is great for keeping an eye on my teenage grandkids without hovering too much. One thing that really surprised me is that this system works with both wireless and wired cameras at the same time. Two of my cameras are on the far side of my brick home, and because nearby businesses have strong Wi-Fi systems that interfere with mine, I ran those two with 125 feet of Cat7 cable and a PoE switch. It worked great, and I really appreciate having that flexibility. Customer service was also excellent. One camera had a weak signal, and Hiseeu sent me a replacement within just a few days. I was also happy to find that all 12 cameras have digital zoom, which I didn’t expect. The app is easy to use for the basics, and the more advanced settings are there if you want to dig into them. Overall, I’m very happy with this system. The picture quality, app, wired/wireless options, and two-way audio all work well. The audio is clear enough for a conversation, and I even enjoy turning on the backyard cameras in the morning and hearing the birds sing. I already thought it was a great value when I bought it, but after using it and finding all these extras, I’m even more impressed. I’m sold on Hiseeu and would definitely recommend this system.

I rarely leave reviews, but both the Hiseeu system and their customer service genuinely deserve one. The product itself has been awesome. The cameras are clear, reliable, and the system has worked exactly as expected. Setup was straightforward and day to day use has been solid with no major issues. What really pushed me to write this review was the customer service. I contacted Hiseeu months after my purchase and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. They patiently walked me through troubleshooting step by step and made sure everything was fully resolved. It’s rare to find a product that performs well and a company that continues to support it long after the sale. Between the quality of the system and the outstanding customer service, I’m very happy with this purchase.

3 Tb hard drive never worked out of the box after doing some looking online evidently this a very common problem. Customer support is a 14 hour time difference from me so their is no 24 hour customer support. If you need something immediately your out of luck. And they do not answer any emails. Which sucks because the camera system is fairly decent once you learn how to set all the cameras. With that said if you buy it plan on purchasing a hard drive for it to replace the new one that I almost gurantee is not going work.. Buy at your own risk hope this helps!

Had a small issue with recording. Customer service was amazing. Walk me through every issue. Made the experience very nice. Every question I had they answered the camera system works amazing I would definitely recommend

Camera set up was extremely easy. I too had the problem with the hard drive until I contacted support. When they ship the power supplies for the individual cameras they include all of them in the same box and wrapped in plastic. Except 1 is designed for the recording device. If you plug in just the standard camera plug hard drive doesn't have enough power to run. My suggestion place the power supply for the recorder packaged and labeled. Other than that issue I would recommend this system

it is a very good camera and i like it , i also liked the communication with them , i had a question on installing it and they responded right away and took care of it very quick , easy installing , fast shipping .. over all is very good .

Cameras work as intended, easy to navigate UI, great camera quality and audio and good online customer service.

Excelente compra, las cámaras funcionan perfectamente bien y se ven muy bien, el wifi funciona muy bien y la calidad de Imagen es muy buena, sin duda un producto que vale la pena y la atención del contacto que viene en el nvr está de lujo.
