Will this damage the paint when I decide to remove it

I was able to remove mine with just dental floss without heating with hot water or hair dryer after being in place for approximately 4 years (it was a warm day when I removed it however, so warming will help if you are having difficulty removing). No damage to the car paint. Remove any excess glue with "goo gone" or similar product.
