Helps Me Sleep With Noisy Neighbors
I bought these earplugs to help me sleep in my apartment with thin walls and closely connected vents. My upstairs neighbors can be a bit loud during their nightly activities, and these muffle the noise just enough for me to fall asleep peacefully. Hearing my breathing makes me feel so peaceful. I get chronic migraines, so I combine it with a mask and it's a great combo! I specifically didn’t want disposable foam earplugs because I was looking for a more sustainable option. I don’t love the idea of throwing something away after one use, so I really appreciate that these are reusable. The noise reduction is impressive; I can barely hear myself typing this review on my laptop! They’re extremely comfortable and stay in place all night. I have small ears, and the small size fits perfectly. As long as my alarm is on maximum volume and I have haptics turned on, I can still hear it in the morning. For side sleeping, they absolutely pass the test. They stick out just slightly in my ears, but not enough to cause any discomfort. I was a little nervous after reading some negative reviews, but I’m genuinely so satisfied with this purchase. If you’re looking for a comfortable, reusable option to reduce nighttime noise, these are 100% worth trying.

They work great!
I live in a loft apartment downtown, right on the main strip. Lot's of bars, cars and people, especially on Thursday thru Saturday nights. It's impossible to sleep because its so loud. If it's not the cars blasting their stereo it's the train every 30 to 60 minutes, or the sirens every 15 minutes, live music or drunk people screaming and fighting at 4am. I've worn these Loops and I have to say that they have definitely improved my sleep. Theyre comfortable and once i get them inserted and positioned properly, they stay on throughout the night. They don't block all noise, but they also don't claim to. Be sure to use the correct size for your ear. I'd definitely recommend them!

Quiet enough that I could hear myself breathing
I bought the Loop Dream earplugs after my boyfriend’s brother’s wife recommended them (which tells you snoring clearly runs in the family). My boyfriend snores a lot, and most nights I either power through or eventually give up and move to the spare bedroom. These actually help enough that I can stay in bed. They block most sounds, honestly, it got so quiet that the loudest thing I could hear was my own breathing, which was kind of funny and kind of weird at first. Not a bad thing, just something I wasn’t expecting. This was my first Loop product, so there is a bit of a learning curve figuring out how to put them in properly. Once I got the hang of it, it was easy, but I wouldn’t expect perfection on night one. I really like the design though — they go farther into your ear than something like an AirPod, but they have this flat, round piece on the outside that makes them easy to put in and take out. I never worried about them getting stuck, which was honestly one of my fears. They come with multiple ear tip sizes, which makes a big difference. I definitely recommend trying a few to see what works best. I’m a side sleeper, and while these are way more comfortable than foam earplugs, I still couldn’t get perfectly comfortable on my side all night. That said, I wasn’t constantly adjusting them or ripping them out in the middle of the night, which has happened with other earplugs I’ve tried. I was also worried I’d sleep through my alarm, but that hasn’t been an issue. Snoring and background noise were muted a lot, but important sounds still came through. And for the record, sleeping with AirPods is not the answer — I tried that once and it was miserable. These are much better. Overall, for the price, I think they’re worth it. They don’t make the world completely silent, but they take things from “this is ruining my sleep” to “okay, I can actually fall asleep.” I’d recommend them and would buy them again.

Great for side sleepers and on planes
I first bought the Loop Quiet 2 plugs but they weren't comfortable when sleeping, even at home. I wanted these for sleeping on planes. The Loop Dream earplugs are comfortable, stay put and muffle sounds well. They don't block sound completely, but I was able to get to sleep quickly on 2 recent flights. I have small ear canals and don't wear ear buds because they fall out. These stay in, even when turning over in sleep. Definitely worth the extra cost.

Expensive but worth it
Expensive but worth it for a comfortable good nights sleep. I’m a light sleeper and use these every night. I’m worried I’ll lose one because they are so small and light but they stay in my ear just fine. They come with a nice carry case that they stay in when they are not in my ear. They come with a set of different size plugs that are easy to switch so you can get the best fit for your ears.

Good comfort, but does not block out enough sound
I have been searching for earplugs for sleeping and tried these $50 loops. Because they are made for sleeping I assumed they would block out most noise like snoring and outside noise. I realize comfort is important, but I would say noise reduction should also be important. Comfort is very good on these, they nailed it. But with the noise level it fails. Having anything over your ears will block some noise, so yes there is a “reduction” of noise but is it noticeable when trying to fall asleep? Not when you can hear everything from the clock ticking, cars driving by, and of course snoring. I thought at this price point I would be near the top of the list of high performing ear plugs, and if my expectations of noise reduction is to high, I will find an alternative to ear plugs. My learning experience has begun, starting with these loops. I’m returning these and will be trying one of their competitors brands, ( by the way they are half the price) to find out if my expectations are to high. So the term “sleeping ear plugs” is highly subjective as far as noise level is concerned. Side note: I spent a substantial amount of time trying all of the different plug sizes searching not only for the best fit but to stop the noise, and all sizes failed. I do own a pair of “Quiet 2” loops and these do the job for daytime noise reduction very well. But to advertise a “sleeping ear plug alternative? and these are the best ear plugs loops can do? Then I will shop elsewhere, and especially for better value for my dollar.

Poorly designed tips
Returning. I couldn't get the fit right. The double tips were worthless since they're not tapered. I had difficulty getting them into the ear canal comfortably, because the very flexibility that makes them more comfortable for side-sleeping also makes it so they don't want to feed into the ear straight. The more I fiddled with them, the more irritated my ears became, which made it even harder. If the irritation got too bad, I had to switch to my Loop Quiet set instead. They're not as comfortable for side sleeping but are easy to fit once you know which tips are best for you. The Quiet set also costs less than half what these cost. The few times I managed to get the double tips in ok, my ears kept popping because of air trapped between the layers, and they frequently fell out. The foam tips were easier to get a good fit, but sometimes the pressure hurt and sometimes they fell out over night. And cleaning is a nightmare since they have three layers that move around separately and the silicone flips and clings to itself. Because of this, the foam was already showing damage before the return window closed.

Pricey, but great ear plugs
4/5 stars only because they are pricey, otherwise great ear plugs for sleeping. Great for small, sensitive ears with 2 different style tips to fit all shapes and sizes of ear canals. Pretty color and comes with a larger and easier case to use than other loops.
