Convenience Concepts Mission Console Table with Shelf, Gray

I bought this table to use as a small bar and it's perfect! We attached a wine glass rack to the underside so now everything is in one convenient place!!Assembly was simple and the table is sturdy. Everyone that visits loves it!!I'm very happy with this purchase!

This is my second purchase of Convenience Concepts. The first one was a white coffee table. Both items came with a strong chemical odor. The first experience was horrible so this time I left the parts on the patio to air before use. Much better. Odor still lingers but only can be sensed at a very close distance.Good thing is if you spray a mixture of white vinegar and water (1:1) the odor will go away sooner. And the liquid will not damage the surface. I left the mixture on it overnight.The console table looks very nice from a distance after assembled. But the paint on the edges is very easy to chip off.Easy to assemble. Connections are not perfect but the table is quite sturdy because of solid wood. The quality is worth the money.

This table worked perfectly for the bar table I wanted to make! The table was pretty easy to assemble and it’s decently sturdy, but it does sort of rock a bit when I’m wiping the top so keep that in mind when considering your purposes. I bought the “espresso” color and as some other reviewers mentioned, the color is definitely black!! Worked out great for me since I wanted a black table but the black version on this listing was quite a bit more expensive than the espresso color. 😊

Decent product. Easy to set up. But I wouldn’t expect great craftsmanship. Paint job is not the greatest as there’s large drip over sprays and some parts of the wood is light on the paint. As long as it’s not the main attraction then it won’t be an issue. Called amazon to see return process because it’s a furniture but then that would require me to break it down all over and unfortunately with the box damaged by the ups delivery then it’s almost impossible and too much of a hassle.

This table was delivered a few days earlier than expected, which I appreciated. The assembly was easy enough, only some parts made me say “huh?”. It took me about 30 minutes to assemble and one side did kind of crack as I was putting it together. It wasn’t enough bad for me to toss it and you couldn't tell after it was all assembled. I’m using it as a TV table for my guest room and it’s holding up just fine. I would recommend this product.

I like the look. It’s exactly as described and pictured. I bought it because others claimed assembly was easy. I didn’t find that. I have assembled other pieces so am not completely clueless how to use tools etc. The hardware is a kind of two-part screw that is very difficult to line up. Instructions aren’t clear. I gave up assembly on the top and just glued it to the wooden dowels without using the screws. I’m sure a person that does this routinely wouldn't have the same problem but I would caution someone like me that it’s not really easy.

PROS:• Inexpensive.• Nice design. Assembly easy.CONS:• Cheep, press-wood construction.• Cheep finish. (I put some adhesive spacers down for a glass top. When I tried to reposition them, the finish came off.)• Screw holes are covered with a provided, round contact tape. Tacky! Pun intended.This is "dorm room" quality furniture.

Appallingly bad quality. Arrived unassembled, with the shown damage on the top corner surface. Also I chose this piece because it appeared not to have visible screws, but indeed they are exposed. Will never trust Convenience Concepts furniture with my business again.
