Are all 6 strings supposed to be bronze and nano coated, or are the E-1 and B-2 anti-rust plain steel?

On the individual strings' paper packets, only the wound strings (G-3 through E-6) have "Nanoweb coating" text. The E-1 and B-2 strings say "anti-rust plain steel" instead.
