I have already used both pad replacements and all went smoothly. easy to take out the old one and slide in the new one. Resetting was not bad- a little foreign the first time, but just follow the instructions and you can reset the counter to zero. For my second printer when needed, resetting was a breeze. Now both of my Epson tankless printers have a new 2-year life yay!!

Fits in the printer fine, however the listing as well as the packaging says it comes with the reset key needed. It does not come in the package, you have to email their support to obtain one key, not two for the two boxes you received. Support says 24 hours but if you email on a weekend, don’t expect to get a reply until a following business day, so plan ahead if your printer is used daily. Overall not a bad purchase, but should come with the keys for both boxes so you don’t have to go purchase one later when you need the second box.

I read the reviews and gave it a chance and I am not disappointed at all! I didn't buy additional codes! It was very easy to install and instructions were easy to follow.

This is a perfect replacement. I had to purchase a software script to reset the counter as the instructions mentioned, but it worked for me with no issues!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:First we are being ripped by Epson on this hidden extra cost. This Item is a fraud. It requires a Key activation code which they claim is included with the purchase. The link provided does not contain the code activation. YOU THEN ARE DIRECTED TO GO TO ANOTHER site via email for more direction. Difficult and misleading. Better off going to a Epson repair shop in your city.
