Do NOT buy this product from this site. As when you will go to buy the ring they will refuse to give you any credit. If you reach out to their customer service. Not only they will be rude to you as they are not knowledgeable but also push you to Oura telling you to go to them to claim credit. So if you are looking to buy an Oura ring. Amazon is NOT the place to do it.

Main product was faulty so the money spent on this was a waste Let down by Oura company as had ordered it on urgent basis as was to go on a trek wearing and assessing the data

Piece of trash. Worked a shade over the warranty period and then battery issues with no one to resolve. Much better reliable information available from other similar products

Oura Ringはサイズ選びを失敗すると泣くので、1ヶ月くらい色々なシチュエーションで試す事をお勧めしたいです。 お勧めは中指。 太ってきたら薬指に、痩せてきたら人差し指にスイッチできるから。
