Obviously, since I only paid $5 for the glass containers, I didn’t love the idea of spending so much on replacement lids, but I also wanted something I wouldn’t have to replace again so soon. These are perfect. They fit the containers well, they are more leak-proof than the original lids, they are easier to put on and remove, and the colors are just as cute. Added bonus, they are heat-proof so no worries about the microwave, and I’ve used them as a spoon rest or trivets for hot pots and pans when I’m doing meal prep. So I really recommend them especially if you’re a fan of this type of Pyrex-like container. I plan on getting some for my mom too because getting them on and off is easier on her arthritic hands. Review: It's not to often you say WOW when you receive a product! But these Sophico cover lids deserve a WOW. I was hesitant at first to purchase what I thought was a little pricey replacement cover compared to the generic plastic lids like the originals. But finding all these plastic bits breaking off all the time as my old ones aged, I decided to give these a try. And, I am so glad that I did. These lids are 10 times better as they seal and fit much better than the originals. Buy with confidence!!!

The turquoise is such a pretty color and a welcome change from the cracked hard red plastic original lid. It’s a perfect fit and it is much softer and pliable than the original and with the softer lid, I can push down on it and squeeze out the extra air. It fits securely on my Pyrex containers, comes off easily and cleans up easily by hand or in dishwasher. I replaced all the lids for my rectangular containers and even with the new lids, they all nest together nicely. I’ve microwaved and used these lids in the freezer and so far, they’ve performed well.

I had some plastic tops to My glass containers and they cracked. These were a perfect replacement
