Add one part product (1/2 gallon) to four parts water (Two gallons) to make 2.5 gallons of slush. Standard slush bowl.

If adding alcohol, do you replace some of the water with Rum or mix the 2 1/2 gallons then add water?

Some machines won’t be able to handle the alcohol. It actually lowers the freezing point Best is trial and error. You can always add the alcohol in a glass and then pour the finished slush product from the machine.
