Q: I need to get a safety vest for my husband whose normal shirt size is a L/XL: do these vest run true to size?

No they run 1 size smaller if worn over a t-shirt. If you plan on having any type of heavywinter apparel on you need to order at least 2 sizes up, if not 3 sizes up to allow for fit and range of movement.

Q: it says all sizes are 29 inches LONG. is that accurate? seems really long for someone my size, maybe a medium. im a woman, 5'1" tall

I got a medium and it fit pretty good, I'm 5'2 & 125. Hopefully this helps!

Q: Are there inside pockets?

ALL JKSafety Classic 9 design with 9 Frontal Pockets and currently we do not carry any inside pocket.

Q: I just now purchased a vest from you and didn't see any option to add custom text. How can I add that option now?

Just ordered 12 vests and thought I'd get the option to customize with words on the back. How do I do that now that the order has gone through? Never saw an option for it.
