Horrid experience.Bought this phone this may 10th, it has broken not even 3 months later. The screen totally shut down, the phone will not charge nor turn on. On its last few minutes, the screen went totally black, I could barely see the items on screen and I was just using it for a grocery app.It definitely has problems with its cpu and its motherboard, it crashes every time I open YouTube or watch videos.It shows ads on the screen randomly. It got so bad I almost thought it had a virus but it has been like this since the first time I bought it.When I first bought it, it crash and showed me a blue screen, I choose to ignore it.I can’t have anything nice to say except this is a cash grab phone with fake promises of saving you money for the next few months.Waste of money, your better off with a phone off TikTok.

I've been looking for an entry-level smartphone with a unique color and not too bad performance, and I stumbled upon the Unlocked Smart in purple.When I received it, I was first amazed by its color! It's not that cheap plastic gloss, but with a little bit of deep, high-class sense of purple, the sun will shine out of the metal luster, holding in the hand especially texture, my friends asked me where to buy this color. The size of the phone is moderate, one-handed operation is no problem, the grip is very good. The boot setup is very simple, the system interface is relatively refreshing, there are not too many fancy things, the operation is also quite smooth, the daily WeChat, watch news, brush short videos are not a problem. Camera performance is moderate, enough for daily photos, color reproduction is relatively accurate. Battery life for moderate users like me, a day down is still enough. Signal reception is also good, and I can have internet in the corners of my house where the signal is not good. Unlocking is fast and fingerprint recognition is very sensitive. Overall, this phone is really good value for money, especially this purple version, the value is online, the performance can be useful, completely meet my daily needs, even beyond my expectations. If you're not looking for top-notch configurations, but just want a good-looking, practical phone at an affordable price, then this is definitely worth considering! Stunning purple color! The I25 Ultra arrived in well-presented packaging, with the device securely enclosed. Included in the box were a protective case, screen protector, headphones, charging adapter, and USB cable.Despite a full charge, the battery life is below expectations, often failing to last a full day under standard usage conditions. This usage includes routine tasks such as checking emails, making calls, using WhatsApp, downloading a few applications, and browsing the internet—without engaging in heavy social media activity or background app usage, and battery saver on.Email performance is consistently delayed, with noticeable lags when opening messages. The phone’s functionality appears limited in several areas. The camera system offers only basic capabilities, lacking key features such as night mode and panoramic photography.Call quality is substandard, and the device struggles with maintaining signal strength in locations where other phones maintain full connectivity. Additionally, the home screen occasionally goes blank and requires several seconds to recover, even when no applications are running in the background.The device does not support fast charging or wireless charging, which further limits its overall convenience and usability.Not worth buying for this cost.

The specs are solid at this price point - nice construction and feel, latest processor, 512GB memory, came with a pre-installed screen connector, simple clear case, USB-C headphone, charging adapter, all included in the package. However, despite the factory reset, it did not give me an option to copy data from my exisitingphone. Tried connecting via USB-C and it didn't work, Tried Samsung smart switch didn't work. So no easy way to clone my old phone data. No updates available beyond the pre-installed Android 14. Updating the apps kept giving the error "something went wrong, try again". The phone also got warmer when charging the battery. The battery drained fast in standby mode from 87% to 23% overnight. I had high hopes, gave it a fair try but gave up.

Product is slow as molasses, should have checked 3rd party reviews.Updated: do not buy operating system is edited to show specs on website, device comes equipped with a CPU from 2019 4gb ram, and a backdoor written into the OS for data theft. These should be removed from amazon

This phone is garbage. The processor is slow. The phone constantly glitches even when you are connected to wifi. When calling someone they can not understand a word you are saying because the phone is so crappy. The phone is not worth the price. The constant freezing makes it hard to use at all. I had to return it due to the issues. The screen quality is terrible. I would not waste your money.

Return has been sent. By the way the phone was missing Sim card tray when first opened and it isn't compatible with straight talk as I was told it was.
