Soap dispenser doesn't work
Ordered two of the exact same kind and only 1 worked. I tried to reach out to the seller and got 1 direct email from customer service then only automated messages. Stuck with a useless dispenser.

Difficult to refill soap
For the most part, I really like the soap dispenser. I like that it can be mounted and the different settings for the dispenser. It also works for a long time without having to recharge it. However, I have a lot of trouble refilling this dispenser. It’s very hard to open and close. The ridges in the plastic to screw the top of the dispenser back together with the bottom of the dispenser don’t match up easily and fitting them together is challenging. If they are not fit together exactly then the dispenser won’t work. After messing with it for about 10 minutes tonight, I finally gave up. If it weren’t for this issue, I would have given the dispenser five stars.

Hard Pass…
Couldn’t get the machines to work and I bought 2. I made the solution up as directed. I will say the customer service was helpful giving me a refund but I honestly wanted these to work so badly still pretty disappointed they dropped the ball.

Both were non-functioning
Both were broken, did not work with any type of soap, and total waste of my time, and unnecessary frustration. One was clearly a return, and the other was brand new.

Good product and good customer service!
Customer service was fast and great..I had an issue not getting it primed and they quickly sent a video to help. It works great so far..only have been using a week. Frees up space on my sink edge and looks good in my small bathroom

Très bon produit
J’aime beaucoup, ça marche super bien. Il ne faut juste pas mettre le liquide vaisselle pur, il faut le diluer. J’ai fait l’erreur au début et ça ne marchait pas. Mais une fois le liquide bien dilué, ça fait une belle mousse.
