Bell Kids Protective Pad and Glove Sets

I bought this set of protective gear for my six year old daughter. She is using to learn how to skate board. It fits well and is very good quality, she says it is comfortable, and if it was just a little bit uncomfortable I would hear about it. If it makes my little one more confident about getting on the skateboard, and in Disney style so be it, it's a hit with her, and therefore with me. The straps are easy for a six year old, and other products we have tried seemed to chaff the back of her knees. One recent fall she landed on her elbow and was perfectly protected. I was a little skeptical of getting a cute, girly product, but I am pleasantly surprised how well this set is holding up under the use.

I got these for my niece's 6th birthday. She got her first bike so I got her a Bell helmet and this protective gear. She put them on right away and they fit perfectly. The knee pads and elbow pads have elastic bands so the pads slide on. Then there are velcro fasteners so they can be adjusted to fit your child. There are also padded bicycle gloves which are really cute.I've purchased Bell products in the past so I felt sure these would be durable and good quality. I wasn't disappointed and my niece was very happy with the Hello Kitty gear that matched her Hello Kitty helmet.

All the padding fits my 5 year old daughters perfectly: not too tight, not too loose. So far, the pad remains in place when they move, the velcro is grippingly sturdy, and the plastic is strong & protective. Not to mention the Olof, Ana, Elsa picture are a huge motivation for my daughters to wear their gear before rollerskating. The hand pads, however, aren't very protective; they are more stylish than protective. They have a thin, extra layer of cloth to the palm part of the hands. So it'd probably prevent minor scraping and bruising but not against soreness or aid in breaking a fall. Nonetheless, I love it and so do my girls. It serves its purpose. Thumbs Up!!! These are super cute and fit my 5 year old perfectly. She is smaller than the average child her age. My only complaint is that one of the knee pads detached at the bottom with less than two weeks worth of use. Now she has one knee pad that gets bent out of shape and won't stay in place. They are fine for the price, I just wish they were sturdier and would have lasted longer.

cute, nothing super protective but fine for the cost. way too large for my 2 year old. reviews said they run small. packaging says for 4+ and I'd say that's pretty accurate. I'll keep them till my little girl can fit them.

Slightly big for my 2 yr old but not too bad and she is so excited about them.

My three-year-old son absolutely love them, he says they are comfortable and makes him feel safe. He fell on his bike with them and the knee pads definitely did its job. Not recommended for bigger kids though my 3 year old is very skinny and it's a perfect fit for him. The gloves are very small. But overall good quality

My granddaughter loved this set. Fits perfectly and will for sometime. Quality is good. Colours are bright and fast to fabric. Excellent set for the money. Arrived right on time.

Me gusto el modelo y el acabado del material. sin embargo el forro de tela podría haber sido un poco mas grueso, aun así es buena protección para mi niña, los guantes le quedaron un poco justos, las rodilleras y las coderas quedaron muy bien, todavía lo podrá utilizar algún tiempo mas, pero los guantes son muy justos, excelentes para mi niña de 4-1/2 años.
