This entire series for babies 6 months to 2 years is amazing. I haven't met a little one yet who doesn't love these books with large, colorful pictures on a white background. They are full of texture and collage to create a tactile learning experience. The subject books in this series are very sturdy and can last through multiple kids. Applause to the publisher Dorling-Kindersley. I bought these for my grandchildren and also for the baby I nanny. You won't regret this purchase--buy as many titles in the series as you can afford--your kids will thank you. (a great self-reading activity to toss in the crib with your baby while you dash to the bathroom). I've seen independent reading and quiet play develop quickly from the Baby Touch and Feel books. I have a degree in child development, mother of 2, grandmother of 2---so I have a little expertise behind my opinion.

I like the book for my grandchildren, (they did ,too, but it is a pitty that when they show you extra pages as information about the inside of the book. The size could be important-but the contents is the must needed information! Why can't you show us, the buyers, 2 o 3 pages from the inside of the book so that we don't have to return them! I was lucky with this one but why should we live it to luck and not to have a better inside information? I and many parents and grandparents like me, we 'll be delighted to have more substancial information and you will sell even more and have less return of books!!!
