PERFECT FOR THOSE WHO CANNOT COMPUTE!
I thought I could only write my book on a typewriter but…while many authors do…They obviously never used a modern computer? I never tried this typewriter ( and I type 95 WPM with no errors) because everyone in my family plus my friends told me that this was “old technology” so I returned it and purchased on Amazon…the Brand new edition of the 2024 Apple IPad with the newest matching Magic Keyboard. However, this typewriter is the only new typewriter still being manufactured and is rated Very high scores…plus is perfect for those who, for any reason, cannot, or do not, prefer a computer! = “DIFFERENT STROKES FOR DIFFERENT FOLKS!”

This is a piece of crap.
Purchased back in March and it already doesn't work and it is rarely used. The arm to change the ribbon is already broken and I can't return the product. This should come with a manufacture warranty. I guess I am just SOL.

Good typewriter
Good electric typewriter at a decent price. I’d buy it again. DO NOT plug it in until you look at the instructions, open it up, and remove the internal styrofoam shipping blocks on the carriage assembly.

Good quality for the price.
I worked in an office all my life and haven't seen a typewriter for sale that is better than this one. I am over the moon with my purchase. Great quality. Will get lots of use because I am currently doing something I've wanted to do for many years. I am writing a book.

GOOD MACHINE WITH MANY FEATURES
The machine came packaged securely. This typewriter word processor has a display window for previewing the text before actual printing. It has many features which I have yet to familiarize myself with. I like the carrying handle feature for portability. I wish the keyboard had a sturdier cover. The one that comes with the machine is thin plastic. Over all, this machine is a good buy. I am happy with this purchase. I highly recommend this machine.

A functional electronic typewriter to begin with
I just obtained this typewriter about 2-3 weeks ago. In order to properly rate it , one would have to use it quite a bit over a longer period of time-- for instance, how difficult is it ti obtain and install ribbons for it, etc.....I like to type occasional, rather involved paper letters to people though, usually authors or professors in the upper levels of the intellectual world, and an older secretary I had used who works part-time out of her home is getting a bit too old, like myself at the age of 75. So I could do it myself, I bought this typewriter. It had been 30 years since I had personally used an electronic typewriter; but I just did type a 5 pg., single-spaced letter to an author whose book I'd just read. This typewriter worked well enough, and I found the experience of using it rather enjoyable.

A good typewriter if you need to fill out forms and labels
A good typewriter if you need to fill out forms and labels and it came with an owners manual which the last one didn't. Plus it is new so I have the warranty in case anything goes wrong.

Very unsatisfied
I am a writer, and prefer what I write not to be placed in a cloud or anywhere on the internet until I deem it worthy of being published. I was so excited about this typewriter, but within the first few weeks of normal use, the type keys started sticking. I have been having to use a toothpick or tiny screwdriver (flat-head) to lift the keys back up as until I do, it just keeps typing the same number or letter pressed. Mar/Rel button also sticks. I have yet to get used to how sensitive the keys are, as I have found the springs underneath them are cheap, weak, or poor in quality, take your pick…so now I am once again looking for an electric typewriter that is worthy of the hard earned money any “starving artist” has to pay to keep from being distracted by senseless and unreliable products made as cheaply as possible only to make a buck.
