I bought this fan on 9th November 2023, and by 19th May 2025, it completely stopped working — not even two years later. Since it was still under warranty, I contacted Crompton customer service. A technician finally arrived two days later, checked the unit, and said the PCB needs replacement.Then began the real pain:1. I was told the part would arrive in 3 days.2. After that, the technician stopped answering my calls and never showed up.3. On 26th May, I contacted Crompton again, and this time, they told me I now have to wait 10 to 15 more days for a full replacement fan.Today is 11th June, and still no technician, no update, no replacement, and zero accountability from Crompton.This is completely unacceptable. The product failed too early, and the after-sales service is even worse. I regret buying from Crompton — this has been nothing but a frustrating experience.

Oct 24: 1 fan making noise. Informed Crompton service site. They sent a mechanic, replaced 2 inner bearings. Bearings fitted by OEM & replaced ones, both are of poor quality, secondary brand. A day after replacement the new bearings also started giving noise. Rating reduced from 5 to 3*.Jan24: Fans look great. Quality is good. Price was least among renown brand bldc fans. We bought 2 fans to replace old type in the house. When remote of any one bedroom is operated, it used to change fan operations in both the rooms. Upon registering the issue, Crompton local technicians came us quickly, solved it immediately and also explained how to do that. Overall good experience. You may buy it without any hesitation.

Super fast, silent remote fan. speed super, quality and strong product

The media could not be loaded. Looks and build wise I found it pleasing. Cooling is nice as well.One remote controls speed of both the fans. A simple key press of speed 5 sets both the fans at same speed. This can be annoying when you want to set one fan speed at 3 and another at 5. Ideally would be better if there is one unique remote per fan.Also you have to bypass the regulator for bldc fans.
