the sound and mic are clear. compact size to fit in my backpack. I used my own USB-C cable and it didn't work so make sure you used their provided cable. It is heavy and durable built. Good bang for the buck

Was easy to set up, as long as your computer settings are correct. Sound quality is good for music listening and conference calls. Mic also seems to be good. Didn’t get any complaints on the other end during conference meetings.

Don’t buy it. USB ports fail. Caused my calls to drop sound intermittently. This is junk. Cannot return because return window too short. Synchrony (Amazon Prime card) no help if you dispute the charge. Tells you to contact the merchant and there is no way to do that.

I don’t leave reviews honestly unless I’m very upset or very happy but this deserved 5 stars as I work from home but struggled finding a USB-A compatible device to take my calls. I was looking to replace my work issued headset because I hate to have anything squeezing me and every set of earbuds I bought only had usb c connectors which then you have to buy an adapter for and the adapter would cause could issues. Regardless this speakerphone is perfect, customers can hear me clearly and I can hear them. No driver to install just plug and go. Thank you God, finally!!!

So useful. I was simply looking for a speaker that hooked up via USB, but the fact that it's also powered by the same USB cable, and has its own USB ports for devices is so handy. Sound quality is average, but it gets the job done
