So far, I really like this. I have sciatica and CVI so this helps to move lymph fluid back up without aggravating my sciatica. It's a little bit much if varicose veins are inflamed but doesn't bother my legs if the veins are okay. A little tricky to figure out how to use it (turn the power button on by the cord, then select "P" for power level with the intensity increasing with the P level; the default is 10 minutes which can be reduced with the - on the remote or increased up to 20 with the + on the remote) but it's great with the resistance bands to give a little bit of a workout. It doesn't say in this listing but I looked it up and apparently it supports up to 450 lbs. You definitely feel it.

My partner and I use this vibration plate on the daily and we can already see and feel the difference in our tone and weight! Great product, highly recommend!

I’m terrible at routine and this thing got me. I leave it plugged in right by the door for as soon as I get home every day. It helps me relax, reminds me to take time and breathe and helps my whole body let loose for a second from standing working 10-12 hrs. Vibration settings go up in a steady way so it’s not all at once. These are supposedly good for circulation which I’m no expert but I believe to be true. My first time standing on one of these I was convinced. They’re so easy to use, all it takes is 10 min or less of your day to help your body relax. Helps take away that soreness and pain after a long day. I’ve had mine a little over a year and I’m in love

Works great and as advertised. Very sturdy design and wide base makes it easy to use. I love using my new vibration plate and recommend it to other people. I mostly use it for relaxation but have tried it for exercise and am impressed by the level of intensity I can work up to.

I'll first say, I bought one for myself and I love it. I use it almost daily after my workouts and I'm less sore. My niece loved mine so I bought her one for her birthday back in July. My Daughter then wanted one, so I just got hers delivered yesterday but here's the confusion: I paid 85.00 for mine, they went out of stock for a long time, when back, bought one for my Niece but it had gone to 150.00. I just got one for my Daughter, same vibration plate, all 3, but now? 42.00. Why? I was just going to buy another for the office but I'm just mad now. Love it, but why such a huge difference in price? make that make sense???
