For RELIEF!
Excellent choice! Flexible enough to place on just about any body part. It’s very comfortable and consistently lies smoothly on the body. No lumps from icy chunks or seams in fabric. Gets as cold as you could want it and maintains temperature for extended time. I will be ordering these for gifts to friends who work out or play sports or have little ones with boo-boos! Thinking birthdays, Christmas, surgeries etc

Cool hug of comfort
I love the weight and flexibility of this gel pack. Liked it so much I had to purchase a 2nd. I had TKR. Wrapping this around my knee felt so much better than the standard ice machine wrap I was sent home with. Plus, the size is large enough I was able to angle a portion of it on the thigh bruise caused by the tournique. Sometimes I place it specifically on the tournique bruise. Tip: I return it to the freezer with a pillowcase enclosed in the bag. I use the pillow case as a layer between skin and gel pack if needed. Initially it seems cooler than the ice machine. After 20 minutes, I flip it over and get some more coolness out of it. Added benefit. My Golden Retriever likes to rest his head on it. Giving himself access to coolness and attention.

Best cold therapy available.
These are the best cold therapy product available, IMO. They stay cold for a long time. They're made of a soft and stretchable material ...for a very comfortable application ...not like others that feel like stiff plastic. I haven't used them for heat therapy, though.

Best gel ice pack on amazon
This is the best gel ice pack I’ve used.. It’s thick and stays cold longer than any other gel ice packs available on Amazon. Highly recommended.

Stays cold long, great size.
Super soft, nice and heavy to stay in place, retains cold and big enough for lots of body parts (Lower back, knee, shoulder, etc).

Good Type Of Ice Pack
This was recommended by a doctor for hip pain. It is heavier than we expected. However it does stay cold for a long time and is easy to use. It comes with a bag for storage in the freezer. I would recommend it as opposed to using the typical ice packs.

Nice cold pack
This is huge and heavy. I got the 12 x 17 one, my only negative is I wish it stayed cold longer. But would recommend.
