While the assembly was relatively smooth (it’s not Lego — the pieces don’t always fit perfectly), the major setback was that the most important component — the junction that drives the gear change — broke during the final stages of assembly. Unfortunately, there is no replacement part available for this piece, which makes the product unusable. After reporting this issue to the seller, the seller is completely unresponsive and not willing to replace the broken part which makes the entire effort made by my kid useless.

Quality is great, directions were a bit tricky, only had 3 sets of bags so there were a ton of pieces to sort through while building, it still a lot of fun though, but once it was done it was great. Worked perfectly.

Battery not working

The motor is not working. Parts are missing. No any proper response from the seller for almost 10 days after placing the request for refund.

This is actually our third Mould King set, and once again, we are impressed by the quality and creativity of the pieces. Nothing was missing from the box, which makes the building process smooth and enjoyable. The kit comes with 739 pieces and builds a detailed mini transmission engine model that looks great on display. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, although my son is quite experienced with building and can often assemble the model even without the instructions. The pieces fit together well, and the mechanical elements of the engine are satisfying to assemble and operate. Overall, this is a fun and educational STEM project for teens and adults. It’s a quality building kit that combines creativity, engineering, and hands-on learning, and it definitely lives up to the Mould King reputation.
