This test was a lifesaver. Not only was it affordable, but it was also incredibly easy to understand, with clear and simple instructions. I ordered it from Amazon and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it arrived.At first, I was hesitant. I was concerned the sample might get damaged or come back inconclusive since the saliva swabs are sent in a basic paper envelope. But thankfully, everything worked perfectly. I dropped the test off in a USPS drop box on a Saturday and received the results before the end of the following week.Waiting for the results felt like the longest week of my life. But in the end, it was absolutely worth it. The test gave me the peace of mind I desperately needed and confirmed what I now know to be true: my fears were just in my head. My wife is faithful, and our baby is mine.I’m grateful for how smoothly the entire process went. This test gave me clarity, and for that, I’m thankful.

This test was extremely easy, provided great instructions, and accurate results. This was for our adopted daughter's biological father; whom we were already pretty sure he was her father due to his cousins showing up as our daughter's cousins on Ancestry. The test result said he was her biological father as we expected. The test took 5 business days to be shipped from Texas to the Ohio lab, and 4 business days for lab testing (though the instructions said 1-2 business days in lab). I got an email as soon as it was ready and then I was able to log into the website to see the results. Overall a great experience at a great price. Lab testing took longer than they said, but I honestly think 4 business days in a lab is not too bad at all for DNA testing.

These are illegal and cannot be used in the State of New York. They sold these and shipped them to me in NY and when I opened them it says they cannot be used. I called the number as instructed and the lady hung up the phone on me after I waited on hold 20 minutes and told me I would have to pay a separate lab to conduct the tests, even though the title said all fees included. Scam!!! The company is a fraud.

The overall process was really simple. The timeline of events from what was mentioned when reading what arrived with the collection kit was exactly as planned. When I received the results, they were clear and concise and exactly what I was looking for.

Bought a test for cheap at an Eckerds, then mailed the sample with a check for test results, and waited for a return letter.Consumerism and technology really advanced for a streamlined process you provide.My one area of improvement was making a password, not able to use a special character I thought was weird.

I ordered this for myself. The test results came back in about 10 days through an email. I did pay to have a copy sent to me that I have not received.

It was very accurate and reassuring. When it was necessary to call customer service, they were friendly and very helpful.
