Very good tablets for stomach pain … they are natural , chewable and actually does what it says it does

Tastes is fine. The tablets work quickly to help with stomach issues: gas, fullness, nausea. Have been purchasing for over one year and will continue to do so. Don’t leave home without some Bianacid. All natural.

Within a hour of taking one tablet, I had acute stomach cramps and I felt sick. This went on for hours duronhbtbe night and I was still unwell the next day. Did nothing to ease my heartburn either and just left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. I cannot recommend these at all I am afraid.

Delivery was much faster than advertised, via Evri Next Day. There are no English instructions enclosed with the shipment, the packaging is entirely in Polish. The reason I decided to write this review is because I have seen other reviews praising the fact that this product is "all natural" or somehow better than commercial antacids. Those who worry about the long-term side effects of taking commercial antacids and are looking for an alternative should pay attention to the ingredients of this product. Bianacid Ingredients are: - Limestone (source of calcium carbonate) and Nahcolite (source of sodium bicarbonate a.k.a. baking soda) - neutralise stomach acid - polysaccharides, flavonoid fraction (protect the mucosa) To me, this product feels very similar to Gaviscon Double Action. The active ingredients in Gaviscon Double Action are Sodium alginate (plays the role of protecting the mucosa), Sodium bicarbonate and Calcium carbonate (neutralise the stomach acid). In other words, this is how the two products compare: Bianacid vs Gaviscon Double Action: Limestone = calcium carbonate Nahcolite = sodium bicarbonate polysaccharides and flavonoid fraction ~= sodium alginate Given that Bianacid are essentially antacids with added mucosa protection ingredients, long-term taking of Bianacid 4 times a day or more frequently, as per the instructions provided, without any warnings about the potential side effects feels a bit too lax and gives a false sense of safety. I have no vested interests in any of the products in this review, I just like to help people make an informed decision.

Potent tablets to sooth stomach ulcers and burning intestinal pain, but too sweet. ** Do you have any plan to manufacture sugar free Bianacid in the future? ** Also could you please make those tablets easier to split in half, or smaller in size? They are too thick and big, and only a pair of pliers can split them in smaller pieces.
