Experienced several problems with printer, company slow to non responsive
I have experienced several different problems with copier, which is under warranty.Upon arrival and 1st use, the equipment did not work properly. Initially, immediately after purchase, seller was quicker to respond, responding within 48-72 hours.I’ve experienced more than 10 issues which required tech support which basically consists of seller sending a YouTube video for me to attempt to fix myself. DO NOT expect a service call or technician to come onsite.My current problem has yet to be resolved with me reaching out via email to notify seller of the non-functioning equipment on 11/20/2024. I have sent several subsequent emails and made at least 3 phone calls that now go unanswered. Today is 01/07/2025.All of my issues pertained to print quality and error codes which render the equipment useless without support, which again at this point is nonexistent.

Cost effective
If you bought a new one every time you ran out of printer ink, it would still be cheaper than just buying ink.
