first lock came without keys. Company sent a new one out, had it in a couple days. No problems , all working good.

Easy to use, secure and very sturdy.
Bought my first one 15 years ago and it still works great, you can push it shut in a ratching fashion without even having the key in it. Fits trailers with 1 7/8" , 2" and 2 5/16" ball socket. Bought another for a second trailer. The design would make it difficult to pry it saw off. Much better than the u-bolt over the top design which only locks on one side and could be sawed quickly with a saws all of pryed in the non-locking side. For extra security use one of these and a lock through the latch and it isn't going anywhere.

I use this as just part of my trailer security while parked in the garage. I lock the tongue with a coupler lock and then lock the chains so they can't be used to be stolen alongside this lock.This product works great. Used with a verity of security mechanisms is better then this alone. All in all you are just making it look more sophisticated then the other trailer securities around you so the thief goes after the easier targets. This product does just that. Stainless steel shine makes this look a lot better then yellow locks. easy to lock and unlock. its heavy and solid feel works well for my trailer when not tied to my truck and all its security measures.

Works well and secures my RV
I bought this to replace the model I bought 20 years ago, as it finally became unreliable in securly locking.This new lock seems to be as well built as when the old lock was new it fastens securely to the hitch of my RV
