It adjusted to variable heights which was great, and easy to do... however The inability to stop it from rocking forwards and backwards was a nuisance to me so I had to return it.

This is the best footrest that i got! Easy to clean. The height and angles are also very flexible. Feels like my feet is getting massage.

Compact and helps with swelling in your feet and legs when you sit for a while. I had one of these at work and now I have one at home. They really help to relieve pressure with swelling.
