How frequently will this product fall to the ground because the suction cup slowly loses suction?

I have one of these I bought back in 2008, it's been on the window without ever falling all this time so, 10 years. Sometimes the gears slip and I give it a little tap with my finger and off it goes. I love it!

I need to replace the 1.5" suction cup. Can I get a replacement and at what cost?

Amazon sells a variety of them in different shapes and sizes. Prices range from less than a dollar to several dollars apiece. Problem is that you may have to buy a lot of them to get the cheapest price. A good local hardware or craft store near you probably carries them too. Best of luck.

Ive had this for about two weeks and it hasn't turned since the first day, any idea why? It is placed on a window that has sunshine on6-7 hrs

I live in Minnesota and this works great but only on windows without screens. A screen will block too much sunlight from the solar panel. Take it outside in the direct sunlight to make sure it is working and then find a window without a screen with direct sunlight. Enjoy the light show!
