Working well. It chooses good phase among three phases. Useful at rural areas.

Poor after sales service.
Nice product but very poor after sales service. They don’t know how to talk to customers and don’t want to find a solution to the problems faced. Also the equipment should be able to work in all environments which is not the case. People who answer their help line should be guided on how to talk to customers. Recently find that Umax trips at around 260v even after setting it to 280v. Not very accurate.

This product is having single-phase output. If you are looking for a phase selector for your entire home this is useless. Before purchase please take care. There is no refund for this product.
